We want you to love your Kipling bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, which will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unused Kipling products and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, then affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
